I have had multiple rugs cleaned multiple times by Hadeed Rug.  I have done drop off and have had them pickup, I strongly recommend having them picked up, it is very convenient.  We have had no problem with communication or unauthorized work, I feel like there process is a well oiled machine.  I really can't say enough.  The rugs were clean, odor free and back in a week.  We have pets and children, but you can't tell that when we get our rugs back.   I highly recommend their services, if you want the job done right.
